my philosophy
A confusing product is a broken product. I want to be the person who makes sure that never happens.
The best PMs are the core of the user experience. They sit between engineering, design, and business. All for the user. I have a background in engineering, business, entrepreneurship, and design. All of that helps me understand the messy parts of creating a product, so the user never has to.
about me
I'm the child of two Cambodian immigrants who came to the US with almost nothing. Growing up, they'd ask me to help them navigate websites, fill out forms, figure out systems that were supposed to serve them but never felt like they were built for them.
That frustrated me. Not at them, but at their experiences. My parents weren't the problem. The products were. That's where my philosophy comes from.
Outside of that, I'm still a tech and design person at heart. I built my own Formd T1 ITX PC in December 2024, mostly for gaming, currently playing a little too much Deadlock (at least it's not League). I've been an F1 fan since COVID after watching a video about the W11's powertrain. It's honestly what got me into engineering in the first place.
And if you've ever met me in person, you already know I care about how I dress. Recently I've been into a lot of vintage tailoring, especially 80s and 90s Giorgio Armani.
